Via Angeli 60, perches high up on the edge of the medieval village of Apricale with magnificent views on 3 sides. The house is easily accessed from car park or bus, is light and sunny, has traditional vaulted ceilings, balcony, roof terrace and comfortable sitting room with log fire.
The sunny, dining kitchen is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, pantry and gas cooker. The loggia (covered roof terrace) is a delightful space with breath taking views of the village and surrounding countryside and is equipped with a large dining table and 6 chairs. There are two double bedrooms, the upstairs room has a balcony overlooking the valley with a small table and a couple of chairs, ideal for sitting out with an evening glass of wine as the sun sets, or simply to view the world go by. There is a further comfortable double room downstairs also a single sofa bed in the sitting room. The stone construction keeps the house cool but there are fans and bed nets in both bedrooms.
The modern bathroom has toilet, hand sink and shower. Bed linen, towels for the beach and house, logs and central heating are all included in the price. A plumbed-in washing machine and drying area has been set up in the loggia and an iron and ironing board are provided. A cot and high chair can also be provided on request.
Rental for 2012 is £490 sterling per week.
